In a world where customer service and going above and beyond are often hard to come by, Giorgio's Dry Cleaning is a diamond in the rough. I was in a bind after another dry cleaner botched a simple seat seam on one pair of pants and simply didn't address a stitching on a second pair. I was leaving for a work trip 24 hours later and needed both suits. The original dry cleaner could have cared less about fixing their mistake and another dry cleaner couldn't get my clothes back for 3-4 days. When I called Giorgio to explain my situation he simply replied with "bring em down and I will see if I can address them today and get them back to you tonight" He went above and beyond and had me on my way in no time.
